The OER Foundation is hosting a celebratory “WikiEducator Gives Back” free international workshop. This is great opportunity to interact with educators from more than 20 countries and to get a flavour of the international OER scene. Registrations are growing by the day. Join us for this unique professional development opportunity scheduled for 21 July to 4 Aug 2010. You will need between 20 – 30 minutes each day and can work at times which suite your own schedule. Students are also most welcome to join.
A 2002 survey found that New Zealand midwives were interested in using the Internet as an information source and for professional development, but time constraints, access and computer skills were barriees to use.
