Bok Academy teachers not only played with computers , they built them as well.
Principal Damien Moses said teachers are being trained this year so they can teach students this fall.
A program called IT Kid Academy, prepared for the school by Sylus Green and Tyrone Williamson will be a 120- to 150-hour class to teach students the basics of how computer hardware works using lectures, videos and hands-on instruction.
After completing the one-year, students will be able to build, troubleshoot and repair computers and support the technology programs within the school system.
